Another trip into the New Forest, this time for the wedding of Emma and Matt at Careys Manor.
We arrived to find the bridal preparations in full flow and everything running to time. With the dress and accessories all photographed we were ready for the Bride. Emma looked stunning and was starting to feel that it was real and that it really was her wedding day!
After a few bridal portraits we headed out onto the suite’s rooftop area for some photos of Emma with her Bridesmaids. The colour scheme of Cadbury’s purple and the bright orange was amazing and worked really well. We left the girls for a little bit of chill time and those last-minute ‘tweaks’ and went to meet the guys for their pre ceremony photos.
After the ceremony Emma and Matt were joined by their guests in the hotel garden for the formal family and friends photos before we slipped off with them and the bridal party. Eventually we were left with Emma and Matt for some special photos of them.
The wedding breakfast barbecue was really good and plenty of it that guests were going back for seconds and even thirds! While the room was being cleared for the evening we did a few photos on the hotel staircase with Emma and Matt before they entertained everyone with their first dance. After what seemed to be the usual first dance they were joined by the bridal party to break into performing a routine to the ‘Time Warp’ .
The day reflected Emma and Matt’s personality and Emma wasn’t joking that if there’s a camera she’d be there posing for it. It was so nice to work with people that like having their photo taken!
We would like to thank Emma and Matt for their kind hospitality and wish them a long and happy life together. We look forward to seeing them again when they return from honeymoon.
