Ceremony and Reception at The Chine Hotel
The Chine Hotel is another popular hotel for weddings not only with local couples but with those further afield that want to marry near the sea. The hotel has lovely secluded gardens and the beach is easily accessible.
Sarah and Simon travelled from Birmingham for their wedding, although Simon has some local connections and knows the area.
Today we started with the Groom, Best man and Ushers with a few photos in the gardens. The guys were all ready quite early which allowed us some time to meet Sarah who was also ready early and keen to find somewhere cool to wait. With the coast clear Sarah made her way down to meet the registrars in a cooler room ahead of the ceremony.
With the formalities of the ceremony complete Sarah and Simon emerged as the new Mr and Mrs into the glorious afternoon sunshine to spend some time with their guests during the drinks reception. The group photos complete and the confetti thrown we made our way down to the lower garden with the bridal party for their photos.
Sarah and Simon invited us to join them at their wedding breakfast for which we thank them. The food was amazing and very welcome. The Chine is another hotel with excellent service and it’s always nice to see Tom (front of house) who is so accommodating and organised.
The speeches well delivered, presents given, toasts made, cake cut, casino tables ready and the dj set up it was time to get the party started with the first dance.
Sarah and Simon are such a well suited couple, we wish them a long and happy life together. We are busy preparing their images from the day so while we are doing this we hope you enjoy these few images from their day.
