A huge sigh of relief for Kate and Rob today – it wasn’t raining like it was the day before!
There was one isolated shower just as the bridesmaids arrived but thankfully was over quickly for the arrival of the bride.
Kate looked stunning as she made her way up the aisle to meet Rob who was a little nervous by this time. The Revd. Reg Baldock soon put them at ease and conducted a lovely personal ceremony full of laughter, tears and smiles.
With the ceremony complete, the family photos taken and the confetti thrown the guests made their way on to The Cumberland Hotel for the drinks reception while we spent some time with the newly married couple at nearby Coy Pond.
At The Cumberland Brian (one of our favourite wedding coordinators) took care of the Bride and Groom with drinks while they enjoyed a moment or two listening to Claire Manners playing the saxophone while we took some photos of the wedding breakfast room and decorations.
After the meal and speeches which included the three best men with a take on ‘This is your life’ it was time for the evening’s entertainment. We launched our ‘Funtasia Fotobooth’ service which was well received, the guests had fun with our props and some were really quite ‘innovative’! We look forward to offering this to all of our clients and for the Christmas party season.
We wish Kate and Rob all the very best for their future together. We are busy preparing their images from the day so while we are doing this we hope you enjoy these few images.
All of the photos from the day will be available to view online as soon as we have finished editing and seen Kate and Rob. If you would like to visit the client area on our website, click on Kate and Rob’s album, enter the password provided you can leave your email address and we will notify you when the images are available to view
In the meantime please leave any comments or words of congratulations for the couple by clicking on ‘leave a comment’ after the last image.
