Michelle & Paul’s Wedding 6th July 2013

Documentary Wedding Photography at the Langtry Manor for Michelle and Paul on a fabulous hot summer’s day.

Michelle and Paul wanted their wedding covered with natural unobtrusive wedding photography which is generally described as reportage, documentary and sometimes photojournalism. Our Silhouette Reportage Wedding Photography service offers exactly this telling the story of the day.

Our day started with Michelle capturing some of the details such as the dress, shoes, flowers and accessories. The Bridesmaids were ready and the ‘Best Boy’ almost ready as the car arrived and while the Bride started to dress, Owen tried the car out, an Austin York Limousine.

Michelle looked amazing in her wedding dress from Courtyard Bridal and was soon on her way to the Langtry Manor for the ceremony. Michelle and Paul planned to have an outdoor ceremony in the garden in the wedding gazebo, they weren’t disappointed, the day was beautiful, warm and sunny.

Owen the Best Boy presented the rings to his Mum and Dad on a ring cushion and with promises made and registers signed they made their way back up the aisle to a shower of confetti and to a glass of champagne to the car which was waiting to take them off for a short drive and some time alone.

Michelle and Paul had opted to have a short Bride and Groom session so the car returned to the lodge so that we could do this discreetly before they returned to their guests . It was really quite hot by now and everyone remained outside for the drinks reception. Ice lollies were laid on by the hotel, a very welcome refreshment.

The wedding breakfast was really tasty. A Goats cheese starter followed by cannon of lamb  and a lemon tart dessert. Many thanks to Michelle and Paul for their hospitality and to the Langtry Manor staff for looking after us, we truly appreciated it.

The evening commenced with the cutting of the cake followed by the first dance. We provided our ‘Funtasia Fotobooth’ service which Owen loved and most of the guests participated, some coming back several times.

We wish Michelle and Paul all the very best for their future together.  We are busy preparing their images from the day so while we are doing this we hope you enjoy these few images.

The following link will take you directly to their online galleries within our client area. The images below are already there if you wish to view and purchase any of them. All of the photos from the day will be available to view there as well as soon as we have finished editing and seen Michelle and Paul. You will need the password provided in order to access the galleries.
