Emma & Andrew’s Wedding 3rd August 2013

A wedding at St Peter’s Church, Bournemouth followed by a reception at the Royal Bath Hotel.

The photography for today’s wedding started at the Royal Bath Hotel where Emma was getting ready. We arrived at the hotel just as Emma had returned from the hairdressers.

While Emma was having breakfast we made our way to the hotel suite to photograph the dress and  accessories including the bespoke wedding boots.

Emma had planned the preparations so that she wouldn’t have to hurry and with the day turning out to be quite warm a good decision. So after a leisurely breakfast she returned to the room for make-up. The other bridesmaids were due to arrive as Emma was dressing keeping it all nice and calm.

While the bridesmaids were dressing we had some time with Emma for bridal portraits before they joined Emma and her Mum for a few photographs.

Over at the church Andrew was making a few last checks that everything was as he and Emma had planned and to greet family and friends as they arrived.

The Groom and Best man made their way into the church as the Bridesmaids started to arrive, the sign that the arrival of the Bride was imminent. With Emma now ready at the church door she made her grand entrance in towards Andrew who was a little nervous by now.

The church is a grand building standing in the middle of town and the interior is glorious providing a perfect setting for a wedding. The ceremony was personalised with a couple of readings and with the legalities over Emma and Andrew made their way out into a rather warm, sunny but quite breezy afternoon.

After the family photos at the church the guests made their way to the Royal Bath Hotel and Emma and Andrew slipped away for some Bride and Groom portraits where we found a little shade from the sun and shelter from the wind.

The newly married couple joined their guests at the Royal Bath Hotel for the wedding breakfast, speeches, cutting of the cake and into the evening with their first dance and dancing into the night with a band providing the entertainment.

We would like to thank Emma, Andrew and their families for their hospitality and we wish Emma and Andrew all the very best for their future together. We are busy preparing their images from the day so while we are doing this we hope you enjoy these few images.

The following link will take you directly to their online galleries within our client area. The images below are already there if you wish to view and purchase any of them. All of the photos from the day will be available to view there as well as soon as we have finished editing and Emma and Andrew have had first look. You will need the password provided in order to access the galleries.
