Hazel & Wayne’s Wedding 10th May 2014

Hazel and Wayne’s Wedding at
St Andrew’s Church, Kinson and
Langtry Manor Bournemouth

Hazel and Wayne’s wedding was full of love and emotion. The weather could have been kinder to them, another windy day and rain was forecast but other than a couple of spots of rain it stayed dry. The only thing that it stopped us doing was a stop off at the beach !

In the morning during the preparations Hazel and her Bridesmaids were all calm and hair and make-up were going to plan. The flowers arrived from Parkwood Florist and looked amazing.  We left the girls to their final preparations and headed off to meet the Groom and his party at the church.

With all the guests seated, Wayne and his Dad the Best man took their places to await the arrival of the Bride. Wayne stood and turned to watch each of the Bridesmaids walk down the aisle ahead of  the Bride, such a lovely greeting for each of them . Hazel walked down the aisle on the arm of her Dad, she looked amazing. Wayne watched her every step with such emotion, a couple that are quite clearly in love.

The vows and promises were very clear so that everyone could hear them, the wedding rings were exchanged and with the announcement that they were now man and wife came the longest kiss that we can remember!

After the formal photos and the confetti by the church gate the guests left for Langtry Manor. Hazel and Wayne had requested our signature ‘heart shaped’ photo which we have now been shooting for nearly six years and which has now been copied by just about every photographer in the area!

The wedding breakfast was delicious, we were thrilled to be invited to sit with all the guests and be part of it.

After the speeches there was time for us to spend a little more time with the Bride and Groom while the guests either relaxed or participated in the ‘Marryoke’ which had been going on through the day, can’t wait to see the result from Greg at Spoolfrog.

Andy Bee a local DJ and a friend of the Groom got the evening going with the first dance. This was amazing starting off as a slow dance that you would normally expect to see and then burst into a choreographed ‘dance off’ such energy and so many steps to remember! This was followed by the song to which the ‘Marryoke’ was based and got everyone on the dance floor.

The cake of ‘two halves’ from Sweet Serenity was cut and the party got started.

We would like to thank Hazel and Wayne for their hospitality, we really enjoyed their wedding. We wish them all the very best for their future together.

We are busy preparing their images from the day so while we are doing this we hope you enjoy these few images. The following link will take you directly to their online galleries within our client area. The images below are already there if you wish to view and purchase any of them. All of the photos from the day will be available to view there as well as soon as we have finished editing and Hazel and Wayne have had first look.
